The harvest takes place slightly in advance to preserve the fresh notes. With the direct pressing of the bunch that eliminates the peel from fermentation, you get the soft pink color that recalls the "pumin rus": a Piedmontese expression that indicates cheeks reddened by an emotion or a glass too many.

Vinification

Direct pressing of the bunches.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Aging: after a few months in steel on its own yeasts, the wine is bottled.

Organoleptic properties

The Langhe Rosato has a tenuous color, easily comparable to onion peel. Smells of fresh red fruits like strawberries and currants. In the mouth it is fresh, soft and with good acidity. This wine is ideal as an aperitif, goes very well with appetizers and meat and fish dishes.
