A detailed tasting of the various barriques in which the wine is refined allows you to choose the best and prepare the right assembly. Each barriques, in fact, has its own story to tell: to be able to grasp their expressions, you have to listen to them one by one. Donato is the second name of Pressenda Diego, the founder of the company.
Maceration on the skins for about 8/10 days.
Aging: in French oak barrels for about 14/18 months
Donato is a garnet red wine. It smells of dried fruit, pepper and has tobacco notes. The taste is full-bodied, well-balanced and with a silky tannin. Perfect with braised or grilled red meats, game and stews.
